Medical Surveillance needed

Hi All,

I am currently in US and recently got COPR papers. I am planning to do a quick landing for few days and come back and work in US. I plan to settle permanently in 2020.

But I have received the medical surveillance letter and in my COPR there is a note saying "32: Must report for medical examination, surveillance or treatment and at specified times and places provide proof of compliance".

I checked different threads but could not 100% make out the correct process and next steps.

Can anyone please advise on this?

1) Do i need to do this medicals within 30 days of landing or can i do it next year as well when i permanently settle?

2) If this needs to be done immediately after landing approx how many days would it take and what is the process of doing it? Is there any phone number or offices i can contact to take upfront appointments. I plan to go to Toronto.

Any guidance on these things is much appreciated !!

Regards,
Sachin.
