medical status is not updated yet on website-SINP

Does anyone know how many days does it take to update medical received status online after medical is done?

As my medical has been done 45 days back and for my wife it's been 31 days and still on the website, it does not say anything yet.

I have some questions...

Is there any chance for refusal after medical? And how long it will take as average after medical done ?

If refusal, is there any chance for appeal ?? And how ??
