I would like to have some help for my immigration process.

I am a MBBS doctor from Pakistan in 2014. After completion of my house job I got married. Now I have taken admission in a certificate course of Medical sonographer as I seen an NOC 3216 where the requirement are one year post diploma in sonography. I would like to know that is this means that they need one year work experience after 5-6 month certificate course
