Guys needed your expert opinion, Whats the chance of refusal at this stage????

App rcvd Mar 24th
Med Req May 5th
Med Rcvd May 10th
Additional Med Req May 11th (We didnt rcv the info on time. Finally got the info of add med req on June 8th)
Med updt as PASSED on June 10th
Now waiting.....
