medical results not recived by visa office

I have done the medical test 18 days ago and I sent an e mail to the Vienna VO to confirm that they received my results but they answered they have not. I checked with the physician and he said he sent the result on 30th to the central medical department at the London office.
Question is : does it last long until the results are forwarded from London to Vienna? is this the normal time frame

Normally visa office does not inform directly to applicant that they have received medical

If you are 100% sure that they have not received, send the bills of medical done and cover letter which is also signed by DMP that medical has been done

Also attached tracking no in cover letter

I checked with tracking number and the package reached London a couple of days ago. I Got another e mail from Vienna informing me that it takes weeks for the medical to reach them from London

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Due to limited resources, our medical team does not communicate with applicants regarding the status of their medical examinations.

Your file is not in London- please communicate with your regional office. If your medicals were recently sent to us, please allow some time for them to be assessed and returned to your region.

We thank you in advance for your patience.
