Sara , It is no use emailing them . They will contact you if you need anything > if they received your Med in July 2012 you are very close to get PPR . Dont be frustrated.

Hello spausa1980

So are you trying to say, PPR is on the way?!!!!....The whole process look unpredictable!!!

Any idea?

Hi xse2573,

Looks like we are in the same boat.
I am also an QSW applicant waiting for PPR.
below is my timeline!!! Let me know how things are progressing!

April 16th 2012 - Obtained my CSQ under PEQ
July 26th 2012 - ECAS shows that my application was received
Aug 23rd 2012 - Got an email from Nova Scotia that my PR Application is considered complete at will be sent to Visa Office
Aug 28th 2012 - Got an email from Ottawa asking me to perform Medical Test.
Sept 6th 2012 - Medical Exam performed (Clinic told me they mailed the results to Ottawa on the 1st of Oct)
Oct 27th - ECAS shows medical received
Nov 1st - In Process

Dear Friends,

Want to ask some things. I am a MPNP applicant with my spouse. My case is in London VO. And we did our meds in Oct 2012 which reached and updated on Ecas in Nov 2012. Now my close relative who signed my Affidavit of Support (in the beginning) also wants to apply for another person's application. (which means two applications under process from one Citizen of Canada) My question is that can a person (Canadian Citizen) apply for more than one applications at a time. Can it affect my case or not. And is it a wise idea to apply two applications at a time.

Secondly as my meds reached VO early Nov 2012. Now in a week it will be a month. Can i ask them about the current status of my case will it be good for me to ask them. As the next step i m waiting is the PPR.

Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Thanks.

I think I need to evoke this thread by asking how much longer we need to wait after getting the "Medical results have been received" update.

Interesting thread about the waiting time after medical exams done. How long does it take to get passport request from Manila and Sydney VOs after medical exams done?

Hopefully many bros share the waiting time at the two visa offices, Manila and Sydney.

Thank you!

Hey Alhassan, it's really kind of you to be back and answer questions :) so I have one for you.

I am in AINP but I guess it will be same/similar in terms of pr application..

So you can take a look at my signature and I just have paid my RPRF on 22nd May, do you have any thoughts on how long will it take to get PPR?

OR are there cases that actually process faster than usual? because it seems my timeline is quite fast enough I am wondering if they are going to keep it up or just

they have everything in firsthand and spend like 8months to process my case...

thank you for any answers and advices :)

It ranges between 4-5 months after paying RPRF, in my case it took 5 months after I paid RPRF

They will start processing your application, meaning CIO will finish the criminality/background check and transfer your file to CPC-Ottawa and then CPC will start doing your security check and once they are done with that and everything is okay then they will issue you a PPR. The average processing time after medical received is 5-6 months. Hope this helps !!!!
