I should have waited until I complete the trip to ship my pp to Buffalo. What is your ecas status now?
exactly what day Buffalo/Fort Erie received your passport? If you send to Fort Erie, it will take a few days to be transported to Buffalo.tanoshi said:

I sent them emails on 2 occasions (1st week of Oct and 1st week of Nov), and I got the standard reply stating "your file is under process and they can't give a specific timeline".
I'm thinking of emailing them again (looking at sinpguy's success story with email). If that doesn't work, what should I do? Processing time is 14 months, so I must get something by Dec 19 and I'm worried they might slow down for the holidays too.
I would say, whenever possible, just go there in person. I had a friend wait for 2.5 months after sending his passport to New York (New York doesn't allow Walk-in's too). Another friend had to wait for a month (28 days) after mailing his Passport to Buffalo. So you can never be certain...venkat7 said:
