Hi guys what would be the next thing to do after I saw my ecas and stating that they received my medival alread. does it mean that they already open my file?

not necessarily, it just means the medical results submitted by the doctor has been connected to your application. this happens for most people at the beginning of the process. it is no indication as to how long the entire process will take. it depends on the visa office.
