Dear All, I need your URGENT kind advice, the embassy is asking me to do the medical request for me and my family, they sent me the forms printed with my personal data and IME No., these forms should be signed by the assigned doctor once he finished his medical tests, MY QUESTION, the embassy is asking me to provide PROOF OF COMPLETION THE MEDICAL EXAMINATION, does that mean I have to ask the doctor to give me a copy of that form so i can send it to the embassy and he will send the original forms to LONDON Medical Center, or what did you do for your case ?

Anyways, contact your medical center, check with them, if they had sent your medical results to visa office and also ask them for any receipt/form as proof of medical completion, Send to your visa office via CSE (scan and upload and send) and also send by post to your visa office...
