You will need a medical examination if:

you have resided or stayed temporarily for six or more consecutive months in one or more of the countries or territories listed here in the one year immediately preceding the date you sought entry into Canada.


I am having a brain freeze and cannot think straight. Immediately preceding the date you sought entry in Canada means the day you decide to enter canada ( around december for Jan session) or the date when you have your appointment with the embassy and file documents (in the next 2 weeks).

I hate giving blood tests.
