Hi,

I've one query, if I'm meeting all conditions mentioned below for In-Canada Applicants

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html

You may be exempt from completing another IME if you meet all of these conditions:
  • You applied, or are applying, for either permanent residence or temporary residence.
  • You already live in Canada.
  • You completed your previous IME in the last 5 years.
  • Your previous IME indicated a low risk or no risk to public health or public safety.

Note: I had small visit of 3 weeks to my home country after coming to Canada.

Will I need to go ahead with medical examination once I receive ITA from IRCC?

you can submit with exisitng IME and wait

IRCC may send you a new request or accept your old one - visa officer discretion
