medical requests by mail or letter? ;D

for medical requests embassy will mail us through post or will email us our email id ;D

It will come by regular postal media, 'coz it carries the 'original' med forms, which the DMP'd fill-in & return to CHC.

However, before sending it the CHC might email u a note as well, asking for 2 recent pics of all family members [that's what happened with me].
