I have received Medical Request on 14-11-2013, but found that there is Mistake in Form Sent to me IMM1017 from Delhi Visa Office, In the Gender Section of My Dependent child aged 3.5 years, they wrote "F" in Place of "M"..
And it seems like they Directly take it from Passport. because when we issue his passport passport office issue it as "F" by mistake and we Spot this error after submitting second file to CIC after Aproval. so, i have correct this error from His Passport in June-2013, and thinking to add new passport at the time of Medical. But Now Visa Office sent me Medical forms for all applicants and I found same error in Medical Report Form. I have Immediately mail Back to Visa Office With this Story and New Copy of Passport.. but it was on Friday and Today is Tuesday, But still i don't received any reply..! and My Medical appointment is on 28th Nov, 2013.
Please help me Now what i can do..!
