Medical Request Deadline

Hello there,

I have received the medicals request, but the medical form which they have attached contains an error in the country of birth. I have emailed them twice reporting this issue and asking them what should be done, but they have not yet responded. I am running out of time as the 30 day time frame to do the medical examination is coming to a close ( I only have 4 more days to meet the deadline)
What do I do ????? Help !

u should do the medical before the 30 day pass, your country of birth can be sorted out later, the most important thing is to get the medical done.
