Completed medical upfront and saw medical passed message on 18th August. However the update is no longer available and yesterday received another medical request. Last medical is still valid. What to do now? Submitted a web form already and tried to call IRCC but never able to get through. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Should I do the medicals again?
