Medical Request after Upfront medicals

Hello all,
I went in for an upfront medicals on September 30,2016
I received my medical request from cic on October 27th 2016
How should I update cic that I already completed my medicals?
Do I have to send any proof that i completed my medicals?

You need to send them the print out that you got at the hospital after the upfront medicals through a case specific inquiry.I did upfront medicals last year and had no problems. In my case I uploaded the sheet immediately after the medicals. They never requested for medicals from me again and it's passed on my profile.

That's what I am having trouble right now. I did medical for another WP application back in April, I raised CSE and uploaded the sheet in August, I didn't get any responds. GCMS showed they have received it, yet I still get MR last week.

I raised another CSE and upload it again along with the new IME # generated, and see how it goes

That's quite strange. I believe you are an inland applicant. Why don't you call them for clarification ? if they GCMS notes has it does it say passed? Hopefully you are able to get them to rectify the anomaly. Good luck.

I am indeed. I will call next week and see if they receive it for the second time. GCMS states Medical: Not Started for me
