Medical report submission for new PR application under CEC express entry

I would like to know your advice on this matter.
IRCC refused my CEC express entry application last time due to insufficient information in documents. I am going to submit new application and recently got ITA. My previous upfront medical is going to expire in June 2020. Just wondering can I use previous medical report in new application document submission?
