I received MR request on July 18 ....since I have already done an upfront medical on July 10 ...I sent them an e-medical confirmation the same day....
Since then no reply, no change in ecas

How long usually it takes them to update ECAS to medical received?

There is no set answer to this question. It can take few weeks to few months based on cases that I have seen here.
