Medical: Please someone help me

Hi Everyone,
My wife did upfront medicals for her close work permit a week ago which she is going to apply but now she got medical request with IME no etc for Spouce PR.Please help me how to update IRCC about our upfront medical.Because hospital people told they cannot do medical again before it expires.

Just send IRCC the sheet from the first medical.
