Medical passed showing a new date

Im the main applicant and my wife is the dependent. In October 2019 ircc account showed 'passed medicals'. However, its showing again medical passed on February 2020 in a new date. Pls help on this. Thanks a lot.

Did you add your dependant after you applied?

In my case I did and when she passed her medicals the date changed from July 18, 2019 to January 31, 2020.

I am pretty sure that this change in date only means that both of your medicals have been passed. They probably just did the assessment separately, nothing to worry about.

Yes, once the Medicals passed date was changed, on January 29, 2020, we got a letter requesting Biometrics enrollment for my spouse on January 31, 2020. She had her biometrics enrolled on February 3 and we Received the PPR on February 4, 2020. Later I received my lading interview appointment on February 10 which is scheduled for tomorrow February 26, 2020
