Medical passed, How long before passport request?

After having my medicals done, I checked my account and discovered that I have passed my medical check. I would love to know if this is a good sign of having my SP approved. If yes, how soon would I get the passport request message?

Please respond, I am a bit tensed.

People from africa is usually one week. dont know where u from tho so it depends on your location aswell.
