I really don't know. I tried enquiring about my VO a few times but the mails I got didn't include my VO seems like I got an automated response pr something because the messages were almost exactly the same.
Again, I didn't get a corresponding mail on my medical extension, I just logged in to my profile and saw that the date for my medical passed had changed and that was a couple of days after it was updated.
So, the more reason why I'm worried
Nothing to be worried about ppr will come. You need to call ircc are you a Nigerian based there. If you are call from 1pm keep trying and use hushed app to call. You can buy airtime there. I had also the same updated as u but after the date changed the next day I got the update.
