my mother has received her husbad and her self medical last week she is the main applicant now my mother is not mainting good relationship with my father since from last 10 year and they are leaving sepratedly but not divorce .My father will never under go with medical once he will comes to know about it.Please advice urgently what if my mother only sent her medical as she is the main applicant and it was mention under her application that spouse will not accompanied by her is it nessesary for spouse to undergo with the medical if not than what will be the counciquinces

If they are not divorced they will both need to have the medical. If he refuses, CIC will have procedures in place to handle it, but it will complicate the application process. Your mother would then never be able to sponsor your father in the future, and I think, neither would you. Which immigration class is your mother applying under? As you have posted under this section of the forum, I'm assuming that it's Family Class, sponsored by you?

Thanks for replying .It’s my elder sister who has sponsor her under family class .My sister nor my mother wish to sponsor my father in future ,At this point of time we will be sending only our mother medical to cic please advice will it any how effect my mother process as she will only be sending her medical not her husband do we have to write to cic or give any undertaking that spouse will never be sponsored in future by my sister or by my mother or will cic assume itself by not sending husband medical and will process my mother immigration process accordingly.

You should include a letter stating what the situation is between your family members.
Explain fully that you understand that your father can never be sponsored in the future.
This might be enough for CIC to proceed with the application.
