How many days takes for medicals to reach Delhi office?

Hello Seniors

I have applied for FSW in july 2011.
In march 2013 i got the medical instruction.
our medical were done in april 2013.
since april we are waiting.
after sending so many inquiries i received answer from NDVO that your file is waiting a final review for which we need the PCC for your spouse.
NDVO receive pcc on 1st march 2014.

i am worried because I am a pharmacist and have cleared first step of the pharmacist licensing exam in may 2011.
and i have to clear the the second step within 3 years i.e. till may 2014.

If I can't then my first exam which I already passed will be canceled and i have to take both the exam again.

pharmacy examining body conducts the exam every six months so i have to wait for at least a year if i can not make on time.

my medical is going to expire on 25 april.

I send CSQ explaining everything but no response.

seniors, do you think there is any chance for me to get visa if i only have a month left before medial expires.

Very few r left i think on TIPS TO COUNT THE NO..MY PCC WAS ASKED IN JAN I SENT ON2 FEB AT NDVO.NO RESPONSE AT ALL THOUGH I WAS XPECTING THAT THEY SEND MR in a couple f weeks. Any ways may be nxt quarter or what allz highly unpredictable.
