Hi all
I am Nov 2012 applicant. My file was under review but it got approved and on April 23 2014 i got medical and RPRF.
Medical and RPRF was sent on May 12. Last week i called my lawyer and found out the CIC is having issues finding me medical,
they are saying its not showing in the system,I did an upfront medical for my BOWP and the same medical was sent for PR.
Would someone share any similar experince or any suggestions?

I don't think the medical for a work permit is the same as for PR.

Suggest you do the medical again ASAP and inform CIC that you have decided to repeat it...

i asked the doctor and lawyer both said same medical can be used for multiple purpose. as long its not expired

Did you complete medical in Canada??

BOWP medical should be ok CEC PR.. many people does upfront MR
For any upfront medical for CEC class PR, doctors office chooses category as “worker” and uploads them

Can you ask your doctor to check and upload it again if CIC says its missing?

I called the doctor , they said they cannot send more then
One copy..

Were they E-medical enabled? I was told by my doctor that they can only submit results once on E-medical. But since it's an online thing, it's impossible to lose the results unless there is a server or software error, which neither you nor your doctor has any control over..

Do you have an IME number? Should be very easy to track down your results with that.

Basically, she had done upfront medical so IME is not applicable ..

Richi- Do you email CIC with emedical confirmation which doctor's office gives- it has UMI number?

Oh, well that's a potential problem with upfront meds. Still, the clinic assigned her a UMI number to keep track her results...

I have to check if i have any IME number but I had upfront medical for BOWP and the same medical was used for PR.
I called my lawyer and was informe that they might have found my medical and if they can't they will contact me lawyer.
Doctor can't do anything either since they have uploaded the medical once.
My lawyer said the same thing that upfront medical always gets missing but eventually they fill find it.
BTW its not "she" itS "he". I am a GUY LOL

Hmmm... LOL 8) ;D
