Hi , I have medical issue chronic myeloid leukaemia, do I need to declare this in medical checkup for temporary work permit visa ?? If I mention , does this impact my visa process? Need help on this

Absolutely you need to delcare. If not, that is misrepresentation and could lead to a 5 year ban. I can slow down process but better than being banned.
