Re: Medical Issue (Kidney Stone or infection)

NO....Spouses are medically expemt however if the spouse is a denager to the public health of canada then they would have to be treated a clear before entry to canada is permitted ...So stones will not cause a Problem

Re: Medical Issue (Kidney Stone or infection)

Thanks

This is parent sponsorship case and one of my brother(dependent to mother) has been diagonose that he has small stone in the kidney. and last week he had some blood in his urnie. Please can you comments now?

It still shouldn't be a problem. They are fairly common. He will most likely pass the stone in a few days to a few weeks or it will resolve with competent medical care.

Kidney stones - if that's what the problem is - is a temporary condition, although it can be recurrent. It will not, however, make someone inadmissible to Canada on medical grounds.
