Medical is getting expired .... should send a new one or wait for CIC notice ?

Hello all,

I had applied for my wife. Her medical is expiring in a few days and application has still no updates.

Wondering should I get my wife to send new medical to New Delhi - CIC office or should I wait for their notice.

I had made a mistake, missed to give divorce petition papers while submitting the file and application is already delayed due to it.

very puzzled about should I send the new medical in advance so they wont do any more delay due to old expired medical?

u should probably wait for them to tell you what u need.

What did u decide concerning the re-med?
I have the same situation, mine will be expired on March 18

Hi,

My medicals have expired, but after discussing it with some forum members, I have decided to wait for them to request for remedicals.
Apparently they send the principal applicant a document with their UCI number and remedical request and that has to be taken along for the re-medical.

I would recommend waiting for the request from CIC.

They may extend the medical for you for an additional three months. Wait and see what happens once you get the passport back.
