Medical Invitation along with a Query

Hi,

I recently got medical check for Permanent Residency. But i did not applied for dependent
for my wife but i claimed 5 points for my wife's education.
The Canadian visa authority had send a query along with Medical requirement
stating that "Confirm that your wife is not travelling with you"
so what does they mean to say, what sort of confirmation i should give,
I am little bit confused, My planning was to call my wife after 3 to 4 months when i get
settled in canada.

Please help me with the query

What are you up to ? Why you had not included your wife in the application as accompanying member ? Why after 3-4 months ? Who told you that later on after 3-4 months you can call her to join you, under what procedure ?
If you want her to be with you in Canada, send new application along with fee of CAD 550 and other documents LIKE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, her education docu, PCC to Visa Office and tell that she is now accompanying member.

U have to immediately add your wife in your application and let cic know about it. orelse forget about 4 months u cant sponsor her anytime. Thats why i could not get married b4 when i was landing , i landed last month and now i can get married and then sponsor her. But since she already ur wife when u applied and when u will be landing u have to add her no matter what even though it might delay ur process bit, bcoz if u dont sponsor her now u cant sponsor her later. its clearly mentioned in passport request letter. Thats why they sent you the querry. if u confirm now she is not coming with u ,will be in a very big problem to sponsor her later.

now incude her else u ll be in big trouble,
without her point if u dont reach 67 point,it may coz catastrophe,
it's very simple, after getting visa if she wants, she may land after 4/5 months
from ur medical date,u ll have 1 year for landing,
she may join u this time
so decide what to do.......

I have also one problem similar to this please suggest
My son was born just 10 days before medical and passport request by chc and i was buisy during those days and medicals came little unexpected,so i tried to make passport of my son but the process was little complicated and my son is also too young to accompany us to canada so i send his birth certificates and an affidavit that i dont want him included in my application and my parents will take care of him during our abscence.
Now my query is that after getting visa and landing can my son easily join us in canada within one year?
Please suggest
