Have you engaged a qualified immigration lawyer to assist you with the fairness letter? If not, it would probably be a very good idea to do so.

Yes, you are right. I've talked to an immigration lawyer last week through the Lawyer Referral Services but she said we need the result of the cardiac cath first because in that way we will be able to plan our next steps.
My only problem with the immigration lawyer is the fee. It's expensive to hire one, she quoted me $5,000 just to respond to the fairness letter. I've seen one lawyer who won inadmissibility cases for live-in caregiver and planning to contact her when I get the medical results. I'm really worried honestly, I couldn't eat and sleep anymore...
