I have an online account and then we already link it to our application account. Now they message me about the Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) - I want to know what does it mean and why I can't see any link that where can I download the form just like what they did in schedule. Please help us figure this out. Thanks.

Did you click the Right arrow button right beside where it says Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E)? If not, click it then the click again the View This Message link that would show underneath it and that should show you the form that you need for the medical examination

I have concern they send me three forms for my two sons . Do they need to undergo a medical exam even they are not yet accompanying me to Canada ?

They will have to. Accompanying or not, med exam is a must.

hi..... what is the difference between IMM 1017 and IMM 1017E form? Although I have uploaded my upfront medical form and I clearly remember I passed my medicals in November 2018, now again I received a request for IMM1017E after 7 months. Is something suspecious d
