may i know that on my caips notes there is medical description and i cannot understand what it says ----
NO HEALTH IMPAREMENT SUFFICIENT TO PREVENT ADMISSION FOR MEDICAL REASONS UNDER SECTION 38(1) (A)

Others can comment but reading section 38 A then guessing no health issue to cause someone to be inadmissible. Did you have a health condition reported ?
