Medical expiring 1 month after submission of PR file

Hi

I completed my medical examination (upfront medical) around 25th Nov 2019 , I declined my ITA then, received a new ITA on 8th July 2020. I am about to submit my PR application through express entry - Federal Skilled Workers program. I need to submit by 7th Oct 2020.

My medical will expire end of Nov 2020 (this is when my PR application is getting reviewed). Will they tell me to redo my medical ? If so how will i get notified , and where do i have to submit this?

Yes, you will. They will send you an e-mail message with a medical exam form attached, if you are required to send them proof that you did the medical you will upload it. They'll create an upload slot when they ask you to redo it.
