Hi I applied for my PR from India in Sep 2018 mean while I was granted a Visitor Visa to Canada now Iam currently residing in Canada with my husband and I have been requested for a medical examination for my PR can I complete the medical examination in Canada itself or should I return to India to complete it someone please please clarify

Of course you can have the medical in Canada. Just make sure you use a 'panel physician' (Doctor) who is registered with and approved by IRCC.
