Hi All,

I recently received my ITA and am in the process of getting the supporting documentation together. I called a panel doctor in my area and the receptionist was asking for my UCI or IME number... neither of which I have. The only identifier I have is my Express Entry Profile number.
Could someone please advice on how to proceed?
 
Tell the clinic that you are an EE candidate and you want to do upfront medical. You would have to take your passport with you as identification.

In addition to what xpressentry has mentioned above, also carry your ITA letter as well.
