Medical examination once again after landing in Canada??

Is there going to be one more medical test in Canada before handing over our health card etc? or the one conducted in our country will suffice.

There are no medical exams after you get to Canada unless you have been found to have TB or something like that, then you may be told that you must report to some location upon arrival for further check ups. It has nothing to do with your health card though, just to make sure you are ok.

If you don't have anything like that and have not been told anything like that, then there are no more checkups for you.

what about the cases where the person is allergic and hence the chest X Ray is milky white but its definitely NOT TB. the person has undergone sputum culture test to corroborate it.

If they approve you based on those medicals and don't say that you must report at some health clinic after landing for a follow up, then you don't have to.
