My wife is protected person with approve from the court we applied for PR last 25 Mar 2020 we received an email indicating that our application received 19 Mar 2021, I leave outside Canada and my wife leaves in Canada and applied PR from Canada. However, she's now on visit outside Canada and we received Medical Examination instruction (IMM1017) CAN SHE MAKE THE MEDICAL EXAM AT THE COUNTRY SHE VISITING OR SHE MUST RETURN TO CANADA??
