Im one of the dependents of my mother in canada. Yesterday,I received a letter about the medical exam. My problem is, I am turning to 6 months pregnancy. What will I do? Do I need to have medical exam? Deadline to comply will be on June or should I wait until my baby is born? Pls enlighten me. Thank you.

Yes, you must have a medical exam done before the deadline is up; you cannot wait. It's up to you and the doctor whether you will have the X-ray while pregnant or wait until after you give birth. If you wait, the doctor will do everything else and send it to CIC along with the notice that you will have the X-ray after giving birth.
After the child is born, s/he will need to be added to the PR application.

Would the other dependents can go to travel even without me? I mean can it delay the whole process or would be possible I am the only who will be delayed?
Your mother's application, and therefore all of her dependents, cannot be approved without you having a full medical.
If your child is born before the application is approved, you MUST add the child to the app, otherwise you will never be able to be sponsor the child to come to Canada. Again, this will delay the entire app.

What about the baby's father? Do not marry him before you land in Canada with your PR visa. Also do not live with him. If you live with him for a year, or marry him, you won't be considered a dependent anymore and will be refused a visa. Once you land in Canada and become a PR, you can marry him and sponsor him (if you want to, of course).
