Does having a keloid in the chest lead to rejection of my visa ?

For my PR in Canada will my visa get rejected , for medical (having keloid in chest )

PR can be refused on medical inadmissibility, you need to check if your condition needs medication long term if you do the cost of your medication should be below Canada's cost threshold - $102,585 over 5 years (or $20,517 per year). If your condition is not contagious and your medication cost is below the threshold there is no reason to worry.
