Hi guys,

Booked in to get my medicals done tomorrow. Just as mu luck, I cam down with the flu so not feeling the greatest. Do you guys think I should still do the medical or postpone the appointment?

Go to the appointment! They are doctors they will know you just have the flu!

Isn't that because you aren't supposed to be in a dr surgery with the flu?
Do you have flu or is it just a cold? If it's the flu (ie influenza) you should be on medication and not do the test due to infectiousness. However if it's a cold en you can go ahead no problem.
Be careful about terminology

I called them up and explained this. They'll go ahead with the test but asked me to wear a mask while I'm in there.

If it's only a stuffed nose, it's not the flu, it's a common cold.
