I got my AOR on May 12th. However, the status of my medical exam is still "not needed at the time". Is this normal or should it be "review in process" instead.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I see that it only took you around 2 days to clear medical. I am wondering when did you do your medical exams? I did mine three days prior to AOR. Is that the reason why it is taking so long for my medical exams to change status?

It could be that since you did your medical just a few days before that not all of the test rsults from the blood and urine test were already entered in the system. That could easily explain a slight delay but again, medicals are usually not what delays the overall processing of applications. Most get stuck during security clearance so I wouldnt worry too much about your medicals.
Assuming you are healthy, they will clear eventually, no matter if its this week or a few weeks from now.
I hope your security checks also progress quickly, as that seems to be the main thing holding back some applications.

I did mine on April 27, and my AOR was 20/May/2016. My Medical check hasn't started yet either. So i guess there's fixed rules as when they clear medical.
Normally it takes 1-2 weeks for the doctor's office to input all the results into the database. That's what my doctor told me it could vary from countries, cities, doctor offices though.
