MEDICAL EXAM REQUESTED - GOOD SIGN?

Hi guys!

This is my first post here and I would like to thank anyone in advance who will respond to my thread.

I applied for a work permit and I just got an email regarding my medical exam.

Here is my timeline:

October 7th 2019: Application submitted online/AOR
January 21st 2020: Additional documents requested
January 31st 2020: Additional documents submitted
March 5th 2020: Medical exam request

I was just wondering if this was a good sign. Does this mean that the immigration agent was satisfied with my additional documents?
