I received a medical request for my temporary work permit even though i currently live in one of the countries listed as 'Medical Exempt'. Was this a mistake? I have sent a webform request explaining about this, but it has been 2 weeks with no response. I was given 30 days to carry out the medical exam. Is this normal? Is it possible to exempt me or will they insist i do the medical exam?
Please advice or share your experience

Please anyone!.. I need an opinion. Should i wait for the response for the webform or do the medical. I know from the website i am not required to do the medical. What will be the most likely response of the webform? I am at a lost here. Please help

If you have been in Czech Republic for the last year then you should be exempt but IRCC may have a reason. Webform responses take a long time and your request would not be considered a priority. Given that you have been given the medical request, it may be faster to book an appointment and wait for webform response.

Thank for your response. I am wondering what reason they might have. Do they do this often?
