Hello seniors

I find something in my medical report from IOM that got me worried, the report says that there is evidence of TB but there is no strong evidence of active TB.
I was told that if there is anything suspicious in my medical then i would be contacted by the IOM within a week and if I do not receive any email communication then it means the medical is approved. However, i didn't receive any email communication.

Is this information correct? Who can i reach out to know if my medical is approved or not before CIC give me an update in GC Key? The current processing time from where i applied is around a year and i don't want to live on false expectations for a year. What are my options here please advice
