Medical exam for PR

Hello,
Do i need to take ANOTHER medical exam if i already done one for my PR application and has been marked as passed in gckey in September.2022.
Now it doesn’t show this anymore in gckey.
Of course it’s because of them being slow
I mean i ain’t gonna pay another 400$ for this again as it’s their fault of being slow!
What do you guy’s think?
Omg this process is very stressful and a nightmare.

mine in PR process shows before with no need further steps, but it became blank recently and i wonder if anything goes wrong
