Hello All,

I am reallly worried please help me.
I got an invite last week and everything is in order however i dont have vision in one eye. It is a problem since birth and its not progressive or communicable (ofcourse)

Can this be a reason for rejection of my PR?

I have given my medical exam already and they know about this problem.
I dont want this to come in between my PR as less vision doesnt impact me in anyway.

Please suggest. Would be really grateful.

Pankti :)

It won't be a cause of rejection because
1. Your condition is not a threat to the health of public of Canada and
2. Since your condition does not require any treatment or management, it imposes no cost on the Canada Health.

Even people with AIDS and Thalassemia have been accepted, vision loss in one eye is a much better situation to be in, in comparison to with those with AIDS and Thalassemia
