Hi, my medical exam will be expired soon (early June) and it is almost 2.5 months I am waiting for my passport/visa to get back from VAC office. What happens if I get my passport back very close or after the expiry of the medical exam anniversary? Should I renew my medical exam now and submit it to IRCC, or just wait to see when I get the passport/visa back and decide at that time?
