my medical exam expire the last of this month ( june 2010 ) and i can say i m on the final stage of my application , also i m in canada actually so i dont need much time to land ( according with what i read here for sure if my case is approoved the visa will be valid till the expiration of the medical exam )

what you think guys pleeeaaaase

thanx a lot and gooooooood luck for everybuddy

If you are not able to "land" before your medical expires, you have to get a new medical. They are not at all flexible on this requirement. They will grant your PR when they are ready to do so, regardless of what date is on your medical exam.

As per this discussion: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/decision-made-confused-t44033.0.html they might not ask for a new medical, but they are quite firm that the date is the date. I think they did need to reconsider with people who were delayed because of the Icelandic volcano ash cloud, but I never heard what the decision was.

well thank ya for your quick answer :)

i hope i hear something from them til, the end of this month ( i wish passport request ), then it will take one day to go to the border for my visa and to take an appointement in local visa office here.

i hooooooooooope

thanx again my friend

I revised my answer. I think you will probably be okay. Good luck.
