Medical done in 2013

Hi All,

I got my medicals done last friday and I have arranged the PCC as well, I have a concern that my son passport will get expire on April 2014 .

Shall I apply for a new passport for him and then submit the documents or I can submit his old passport as it still has more than 9 months left to expire.

Please advice.

Better if you got new pp and send it. Your case can be finalized before April 2014 but its not certain. I am waiting for last 4 months. Once you get DM, you should get ur PP back and arrange to go Canada which again takes time.. so better to get new.

Better to submit the same April 2014 is quite far away. in mean while if visa will be issued the expiry will be April 2014 before that you have to land. If you can cop with that send the same one other wise make the new one you will get the expiry of visa on the day you will do your medical which is only 2 month. If God forbid the visa not stamp you can make new passport and send them any time no problem in that

Hi All,

I have got the medical request letter through email on 16 May and yesterday (29 June) I completed my medical exam. As my wife is pregnant, she didn't do the X-ray. I will send the PCC & RPRF Pay Order within this week.

The same case happened to me. so my suggestion is you dont need to send PP and Pay RPRF unless you complete you including ur spouse medical but you have to do medicals except chest x-ray of ur spouse. I also send PP and pay the RPRF in Feb 2012 and later on i received mail that i didnt need to send these things. you are advised to do accordingly.

Thanks for your advice. Probably I missed your post earlier. I have already sent the PCC & RPRF fee, which has been received in Australia Visa Office on 9 July 2013. Let's see what the AUVO replies.
