Dear Friends

I just got immigration, planned to land in Calgary in 2 week of may. I got fracture(crack) in my right arm elbow. According to orthopedic consultant fracture will heal in 6-8 weeks. my question is that will my health care be covered from day first or i have to pay the health care expenditure.?
Also how soon can i get an appointment with the orthopedic consultant there?
If health coverage is not available at the time of landing ,will it be reimbursed laters?

You will be covered from the first day you arrived.

Go to a walk-in clinic and have them take a look at your elbow. They will refer you to a specialist if needed.
